As external works managers SESE were brought in by LSC Contractors to get the severely delayed ground works programme back on track. Again this was achieved successfully with our clients more than happy with the work produced.

SESE were heavily involved with the installation of the new road pictured everything from setting out the entire road make up to the installation of 600mm diameter water pipe running beneath its full length. As this connects into an existing main, effectively increasing the waste water discharged through it, the installation had to be done in conjunction with Thames water. SESE also managed the installation of a new gas pipe which had to be certified and was therefore done in conjunction with Transco.

Large parts of the external works had to continue while the site was occupied by the primary client Range Rover. This again was carried out successfully with minimal disruption to their everyday business operation.

As this project proved, SESE are more than capable of working directly with clients, main contractors or subcontractors as we believe we understand all of these very different parties with very different perspectives on a project.
