Description

Brought in as management only, SESE were contracted to look after numerous external works packages. SESE’s proactive approach to promoting teamwork was notably effective as the subcontractors under our direction were able to improve their output ensuring all parties would benefit from this project.
SESE managed the construction of the four main courtyards, a football pitch, a children’s play court, a family courtyard and a solitary courtyard.

Having better facilities than most other detention centres including classrooms, healthcare units, shops, a library, chapel and mosque, Harmondsworth was built to impact as positively as possible on its detainees which is why SESE were happy to help.

Coordinating everyone involved to achieve their bit minimising interference with others was paramount and achieved. On SESE’s completion of Harmondsworth we were asked by out client Interserve Plc to help on the new build state of the art aircraft hanger at Heathrow.
